Osmeña Peak, Dalaguete Mantalungon

If you like some adventure in Cebu try to do some trekking in Osmena peak in Dalaguete, Cebu

Osmeña Peak

Osmeña Peak is located in the Municipality of Dalaguete in the province of Cebu. The peak is approximately 1000 meters above sea level making it the highest.

How to get there:

South bus terminal you ride a ceres bus that goes to alcoy or oslob. Just tell the driver to drop you by going to Osmena peak/Vegetable highway.

Fare going to Osmena peak:

South Bus Terminal :
       Ceres Bus regular: P100
Ceres Bus aircon: P100+ (not sure for the fare because I dont like riding an aircon bus ^_^ hihi)

For my fare from my hometown in Carcar it cost me P53 going there for a total of P106 back to my home.

when you arrive at the destination there's a motorbikes there that you can ride or known as "Habal-habal". Some of them will give you a price for P50/head until their vegetable market and if you want to stop near the feet of the peak it will cost you P100/head that's for a one way trip.

To be honest, the climate their is nice. a little bit cooler in hot season and cold in rainy season. But I advice you to bring some mask or something that can cover up your face because there's a part of the road is still under constructions and the dust will give you a free face powder :D and bring also some extra shirts and water if you only want to go there for a day.

If its your first time to go there, you don't need to worry you can have a little tour guides~ hihi they're kids you can pay them any amount you like and my friends we gave him around P250 pesos.
stress reliever~ the view is perfect to relax.
and that's me... need to refill some water :)it's quite hot that day

along the way, you'll see different vegetables...
they have carrots, chinese cabbage, cabbage, broccoli and more

with my friends~

Lovin' the beauty of the nature~
breathing the fresh air~

That's me hihi taking some time to relax.

If you wanted to camp their you can bring your tents and stay for overnight.... and on the next morning you can go to the kawasan falls... they're just connected... according to our tour guide if you walk going there it takes an hour if you ride the habal-habal maybe for 30 minutes. me and my friends is planning to go back and stay for overnight so that we can experience the trekking going to kawasan falls in Badian.

Enjoy! :)
